Company Background

JCON Commercial is a privately held, licensed and insured State Certified General Contracting firm specializing in interior tenant build-outs and single tenant construction. Founded by President Jess Wirts in 2008, the company has three full-time and two part-time staff and has completed more than 30 projects throughout Florida for clients such as Colliers Arnold Real Estate Services, Rampart Properties, The Mahr Company, World of Beer and Bookholders.com.

Services include: design, engineering, permitting, retail and office build-outs, new construction, remodeling and renovations.
